The system will ask for a credit card on file to book the appointment. That card will *only* get charged if we need to utilize our cancellation policy

Gift cards cannot be used as a card on file. If you are a new client and plan on using a gift card as payment, you can either (1) schedule online, use a credit card to hold the appointment, and pay with the gift card in person. Or (2) call to schedule over the phone and we will use the gift card to reserve the appointment.
