UPCOMING EVENTS
Community Acupuncture
September 9th, 5-7pm
East Granby office

Community acupuncture offers affordable, effective care in a calm, shared treatment space. Patients relax in reclining chairs while receiving gentle acupuncture tailored to their individual concerns. This model allows for more frequent treatments, making it especially helpful for managing chronic pain, stress, sleep disturbances, fatigue, and more.
RESTART PROGRAM
September 18th to October 16th ~ 5 meetings 6:30-8pm - online via Zoom

Jumpstart your wellness journey this fall with our RESTART® Nutrition Class—a five-week, small-group experience led by Lani, our resident Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. This is not another quick-fix cleanse. Instead, you’ll gain real food education, a guided 3-week sugar detox, and a supportive community. Each week, you’ll dive into:
-
Food foundations + digestion support
-
Why sugar matters—and how to step off the sugar-coaster
-
The truth about healthy fats
-
Managing inflammation, cravings, and energy naturally
The next session begins in September, open to online participants (join from anywhere!), and capped to keep the group intimate. You’ll walk away with the RESTART® cookbook (Kindle version optional), confidence in making real‑food choices, and ongoing peer support.
